Rowayton Advocates for Zoning (RAZ)

Several weeks ago, a group of Rowayton residents formed RAZ, to spearhead a proposal to Norwalk Planning and Zoning to consider input from residents.  The Director of Planning and Zoning attended our April 13 Meeting, but didn't specifically address the RAZ proposal.  We will continue to follow up, ideally to have impact on the regulations that are currently being re-written.  Here is the proposal that RAZ drafted:
